Fireball Table System Overview
Tables: 1” thick Gray Cast Iron on top and 1” thick sides, additional reinforcement ribs
underneath. Machined flat on all 5 sides to within +/- 0.0025” per 24” x 24” area. Side
apron on the tables are 8” tall with 3 rows of holes.
Hole Pattern: 3/4” Diameter Holes with 1” Depth, spaced on a 2” grid pattern. Holes are
chamfered on top for easy insertion of fixtures, counterbore and chamfered underneath
for use with tack bolts.
Two Sizes to Choose from:
The 8x4 Plus.
Size = 8.5x4.5 ft (102 x 54”). Able to fit and fixture a full 8x4 sheet of
material between the system holes and fixtures without using the sides.
Size = 5x2.5 ft (60x30”). This table is the size typical work desk, but easily
extendable. Connect 2 tables to form a 5x5 surface or 3 tables in an H formation to create a 10x5 area.
The 8x4 Plus.
The 4x8 Plus is our take on a 4x8 table. Our approach is that you need a table to work with 4x8 parts, so why not make it a little larger? At 102” long and 54” wide, the extra 6 inches along the length and width of the table makes it punch closer to a 5 x 10.
The 4x8 plus has 20% more top surface area than an actual 48 x 96 table.
The spacing of the holes means you can fixture a 4x8 workpiece from all four sides without even brining the table’s side apron into play.
The side of the table is 8” tall and provides rigidity. It has three rows of holes also
machined in a 2” grid pattern.
We have three leg options to best suit your shop needs. This table requires 6 legs, if you buy the table on this page with the leg options, there is no need to order separate legs.
Legs are 26” tall with +/- 1” adjustment range on the leveling pads. The table height is 8” inches, so with these legs you’ll have a table surface height of 34”.
These have a range of 22” to 36” with 1” increments and +/- 1” adjustment on the leveling pads. The table height is 8” inches, so with these legs you’ll have a table surface height of 30-44” height.
Adjustable with Casters
Use these legs for a table that’s easy to maneuver around without a crane or forklift. These have a range of 22” to 30” with 1” increments and +/- 1” adjustment on the leveling pads. The table height is 8” inches, so with these legs you’ll have a table surface height of 30” to 38”.
