What Makes Fireball Tables The Best
The Fireball system is the only table that has Heavy Duty (1” thick) and Standard Duty (1/2” thick) tables which use the exact same fixture system.
If you decide to upgrade or expand from one table to another, the fixtures are 100% compatible with both heavy duty and standard duty tables.
This is possible because our system already maximizes the strength and density of our hole size (3/4”) and spacing (2”) to
get you the best versatility, while also maximizing the strength of the fixtures with our 2x1” fixture profiles.
Fireball Tables combine the strength of a 1” thick top and sides panels used for heavy duty tables with the more finely spaced 2” grid pattern you usually find on light to medium duty tables. Gray cast iron material naturally resists weld spatter, does not form burrs on the surface and resists deformation. Once it is machined flat, it stays flat.
Fireball 3/4” vs other 5/8” and 16mm tables
Compared to light and medium duty tables with 5/8” and 16mm holes, the Fireball table has the same hole spacing, but heavier duty 1” thick fixtures and heavier duty 1” thick tables.
Fireball 3/4” vs 28 mm tables
The Fireball table has 2x the number of holes versus 28mm tables. The 4” spacing on 28mm tables means a lot of compromises are made when using their fixture systems like holding parts with a single bolt, which makes them easy to knock loose or rotate.
At the same time, Fireball fixtures have the same material thickness as 28 mm fixtures, but have more holes and adjustability.
