The Fireball Combination Square Blade comes in a unique finish and graduation marking scheme. Our finish is a titanium nitride coating which gives it a gold color that provides great reading contrast. This is the same gold finish used on drill bits which is both extremely durable and scratch resistant.
The PEC Tool blades feature a 4R marking system which features 1/8 and 1/16 on the front, and 1/32 and 1/64 on the back.
The top and bottom markings on both the front and back also start at different ends, so the "1 inch" mark on the bottom line will read "11 inches" on the top line.
