Choosing The Table That’s Right For You
The Fireball 3/4 fixture system uses the same fixtures for all tables. So whether you are starting with a mobile 1/2" thick plate or a truck sized heavy duty table, all fixtures work on both tables.
X Frame
X Frame tables feature a rigid cast iron base with a nitrided, 1" thick tool steel plate on the top surface for added wear resistance.
- Tool Steel Plates that can be reversed or replaced
- Each plate features leveling screws to dial in flatness
- P20 Tool Steel with Nitride Finish for HRC50 hardness provides extra wear resistance
- Railroad Track style ribbing for extra rigidity
Heavy Duty
Heavy Duty Series Tables feature single piece, cast iron construction for best rigidity and flatness with 1" thick top and sides.
- Machined from single piece casting, 1” Thick Top and Sides
- Our most rigid table series
Standard Duty
Same construction method as heavy duty series, but with 1/2" thick top and sides.
- Machined from single piece casting. Holes machined to ½” thickness, with extra material and thickness on the underside
- Railroad track style ribbing for extra rigidity
Pro Line
Ultimate work station solution that keeps everything organized.
- Machined from single piece casting. Holes machined to ½” thickness, with extra material and thickness on the underside
- Reinforced railroad track style ribbing on perimeter for extra rigidity

Explaining FA75 Fixture System
- The entire Fireball Table system is based on 3/4” diameter hole sizes on a 2” grid pattern.
- All fixtures are also based on a 3/4” diameter hole size and use 1” thick by 2” wide fixtures.
- Tables and plates come in different thicknesses for different applications and price points, but ALL Fireball 3/4” fixtures are compatible with ALL Fireball 3/4” tables whether it’s a 3500 lb heavy duty table or a portable 50 lb plate.
Why 3/4” Hole System
- 45% larger cross section compared to ⅝” and 16mm holes means strong bolts, stronger clamp.
- Largest hole size while still having a 2” grid pattern on the table and 1” hole pattern on fixtures.
Why 2” Grid Pattern
- The 2” grid pattern is the ideal hole density to get clamps and fixtures where you need them.
- Many fixtures require 2 bolts to properly align them. Having a 2” grid pattern allows shorter, more compact fixtures compared to 4” hole spacing. This is even more important when fixtures have slots to bridge the gap to the next hole, and is the difference between a 4” on a 2” grid, vs an 8” slot on a 4” grid.
Expanded Table Sizes
- Typical tables are 4’x8’ long to work with sheet material, but this means the entire table surface is covered. Our unique sizes such as the 102”x54” table (8.5’ x 4.5’) allow you to fixture and clamp down on full 4’x8’ sheets. It may not sound like much, but by expanding our tables by 6” on each side, you get a lot more surface area to use.
- Our tables and plates are often designed with common widths to make it easy for join and expand tables in the future.
What makes the 3/4" Hole System Superior to 16mm and 5/8"
45% larger hole cross section while still allowing 2” spacing on table and 1” spacing on accessories.

Unique Features of the Fireball Fixture System
The Fireball 3/4 fixture system uses the same fixtures for all tables. So whether you are starting with a mobile 1/2" thick plate or a truck sized heavy duty table, all fixtures work on both tables.
