Lumber Maximus is designed for use with 2x4 lumber (typically 1.5"x3.5" actual dimensions).

There is a wedge shape on the front and back to adapt to differing sizes, since lumber sizes varies across the country also moisture content.

This clamp has the ability to slip on in the middle of the lumber, no need to slide it from the ends. This makes is versatile for use on construction sites where the ends of a 2x4 are not accessible.

To use the clamp, slip it over your piece of lumber and push the arm up or down to wedge into place. You can use a nail or screw through the side holes to attach it more permanently.

Using this clamp may create a small dent in the sides of your lumber! The 2x4 is treated as a consumable item!

Depending on the wood condition and clamping distance, this clamp achieves 250-500 lbs of force.

The body of the clamp is constructed from die cast aluminum, with a steel insert for the spindle.
